None of the services provided to you by TheBestProp constitute investment services under applicable laws. The company doesn’t offer, nor does it accept any guidance, instructions or advice on how to perform transactions while using the services. Employees, staff or representatives of the company are not authorized to provide investment advice or recommendations. Any advice or recommendations from employees will be explicitly disclaimed by the company.

TheBestProp.com may change the terms and conditions anytime. Therefore, the traders need to be aware of any changes in terms and conditions before using any services, although we ask you about the terms and conditions once you want to use a new service regularly.

All the traders should be above age of 18 and process the legal capacity to acknowledge and comply with the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

It’s the traders’ responsibilities to read our terms and conditions to understand the rules governing our services including how TheBestProp.com operates and the conditions for participating in funded account challenges.

TheBestProp doesn’t grant you any licence or intellectual property rights to any technology, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets owned by TheBestProp or any third-party contractor there.

During registration on the website or application, you must provide your full legal name and registered address and all other information as it appears on your government-issued identification and proof of residence. The company will verify your identity after you successfully pass the challenge. In case of any inconsistencies between the account name and any identification document, the company reserves the right to refuse a funded account or cancel the payout.

The services are available only to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) who reside in jurisdictions where the services are permitted. By registering on the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The company may refuse, restrict, or terminate services if you are subject to international sanctions, you have financial crime-related criminal records or you reside in a prohibited jurisdiction. You may refer to the FAQs for a list of prohibited jurisdictions.

If you provide any Tax related documents on the registration form or dashboard, you will be considered as a trader under these GTCs. As such, customer protection provision will not apply to you.

The services offered by company include instruments for simulated trading on financial markets, analytical tools, training and educational materials, access to the dashboard and other supplementary services. These Services, which also encompass the purchase of new challenges and access to TheBestProp Funded Phase, may vary in scope, including the analytical tools provided “Services”. The Services can be accessed through the Dashboard or applications offered by the Company or third-party entities. TheBestProp doesn’t allow traders to copy trades executed by other traders on our prop, which means that one copy other’s trades blindly, or mirror trading which allows one to copy a traders’ actual strategies.

Anyone above the age of 18 years without a criminal record related to terrorism or financial crime. We accept traders from any country except Iran, North Korea, and Syria. However, you cannot trade with us if you have previously breached our terms and conditions in any way or form.

All challenge fees and subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Breach of rules will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

We provide our service as is and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the success of any trading activity.

Under no circumstances shall TheBestProp be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

You will earn Credit Points for each challenge purchase.

You may also earn points through referrals, promotions, trading contents or other events as defined by the company.

Points may be redeemed for free or discounted access to future challenges or educational packages.

Points hold no cash or monetary value. They are solely redeemable for eligible products or services offered by the company.

Points are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be sold, traded or exchanged outside the platform.

Points May expire 12 months after being earned unless otherwise stated.

Accounts inactive for 6 months or more may have points forfeited.

The company reserves the right to revoke points and suspend accounts in cases of fraud, abuse or violation of platform rules.
